State Assistance Programs - ConnPACE
Serving Connecticut's Senior Citizens and people with disabilities since 1986, ConnPACE is a state funded prescription drug assistance program which covers most prescriptions, insulin, and insulin syringes. Out of pocket expenses for ConnPACE are a $30 annual application fee and a $16.25 copay for each prescription medication.
