What are Medicare Supplement Plans?
Medicare Supplement Insurance, also known as Medigap, is a private form of medical insurance that covers out-of-pocket costs not covered by Original Medicare, such as deductibles, copayments and coinsurance. With a Medicare Supplement Plan you can go to any doctor that accepts Medicare.
If you are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B and are 65 or older, you may be eligible for Medicare Supplement Insurance.
